WELCOME!
My philosophy has always been to provide a fun, memorable experience to audiences and students. Whether you see me playing triangle at the symphony or drum set in a jazz club, I’ll be smiling and hoping you’re having a blast!
I retain the same philosophy in my teaching- I want you to be excited to come have a lesson with me. Excited about what we are learning together.
Most Importantly as an instructor I am going to meet you where you’re at.
I don’t just teach you the basics or “how to play chops”, I focus on the spirit of the music-the creative aspects, the historical significance.
What makes this song sound so hip? What musical aspects transfer genre to genre? How can we work together to unlock new levels and depths to your playing?
My studio focuses on experimentation- We will experiment technically and creatively so that you can easily conquer your musical goals!
